Yonah is a powerhouse with property owners’ tax savings and teaching. Ever since he was young he has been a teacher and now as Business Director at Madison SPECS and as a national Cost Segregation leader, he has assisted clients in saving tens of millions of dollars on taxes through cost segregation or investing in real estate. Over the past 14 years, he and Madison SPECS has done over 15,000 cost segregation studies covering all 50 states, resulting in over $3 BILLION in tax savings.
He has a background in teaching and a passion for real estate and helping others. He loves to learn and stay informed, but more importantly, sharing that knowledge with others.
